who dissolved the inborn enmity of fierce beasts like tigers

S.B.G 10.21.14

Remover of natural enmity between tigers and deer — at Kṛṣṇa's flute-sound, even predators and prey stand peacefully side by side; the music dissolves saṃsāra-instincts.

the sweet singer

S.B.G 10.21.5

'Good singer' — Kṛṣṇa sometimes sings along with his own flute; the cowherds describe his vocal music as matching the flute's beauty.

at whose swelling flute-note the herds' love makes the calves prick their ears

S.B.G 10.21.13

Whose flute-music makes calves prick up their ears with love — the calves in the pastures lift their heads and listen, milk dripping from their mouths.
